Harrison Trachman

Harrison is a Los Angeles native who grew up in Beverlywood, attended Crossroads School, and went on to Oregon State University. As the son of a commercial real estate developer, he was immersed in the industry from an early age, developing an understanding of the business that continues to inform his work today. He spent several years with the Jeff Yarbrough Group before joining The Joyce Rey Team in 2022. In 2024, he was featured in The Real Deal for representing the buyer in Los Angeles's first $20M-plus home sale of the year, and in 2025 he was named to Coldwell Banker's national "30 Under 30." He has closed more than $100 million in career sales, with transactions spanning luxury single-family residences, residential multifamily, development, and leases of up to $120,000 per month. Beyond his profession, Harrison is an avid traveler and fitness enthusiast, a dedicated food lover, and a loyal supporter of both the Clippers and the Lakers.
