After a little while as a private listing, the 10-acre Los Angeles estate belonging to now-deceased billionaire Jerrold Perenchio (No. 717 on Forbes Billionaires in 2017) has come on the multiple listing service with an asking price of $245 million and a bevy of brokerages representing the property, as the Los Angeles Times reported.
