For 2023, the group added 14 charming new towns—from a seaside village in Liguria to the vineyard-covered countryside in Piedmont—bringing the total number of beautiful villages to 348. Moe Aljaff left his acclaimed Barcelona-based hospitality group in early October—just a few days after Two Schmucks, his award-winning “five-star dive bar,” ranked No. 7 at the 2022 World’s 50 Best Bars. Now Aljiaff is taking his mixology show on the road with a new pop-up bar in Miami Beach called, aptly, The Schmucks.
