Visionary Women
These culinary powerhouses spoke on a panel moderated by KCRW host Evan Kleinman. Guests were invited to join co-founder Angella Nazarian, Visionary Women president Shelley Reid and board members for an exclusive three-course dinner following the Salon prepared by the chefs which included a delicious Indian Spiced Chicken Salad with walnuts, fenugreek, baby escarole and lemon by Nancy Silverton, a sumptuous Black Bass with fennel puree, citrus, green olives and green harissa by Suzanne Goin, and a whimsical dessert trio by Sally Camacho Mueller of Manila Mango Sphere with passion fruit, along with a Chocolate Financier Cocoa Nib Crisp and Milk Chocolate Glace. Wine was generously donated by Wally’s Wine.
