My Retreat at We Care Spa was Amazing!

If you are into yoga and concerned about having great health try We Care Spa. I just spent a fantastic weekend after 9 years since my last visit there. It’s a unique place designed to give you a chance to cleanse your body as well as your soul.

The fasting process is not difficult. You’re busy drinking teas, detox liquids, vitamins and a soup as a treat in the evening. Your system spends 60 percent of its energy digesting your food so when you’re on liquids your body energy is free to make other repairs on your body. That’s why many health experts recommend the fasting process. I am definitely sold as I feel like a million dollars after following their instructions. You can try it too! Here are “7 Steps to Rejuvenation and Health.” They recommend becoming a vegetarian but they say animal protein is fine in small portions. It’s a wonderful place to meet like-minded people and focus on your body.

Step 1: AVOIDING TOXINS

Air. Use an purification system.

Water. Do not drink tap. Have your own home filter.
Cleaning supplies. Use white vinegar and natural products.
Cosmetics. Avoid anything containing artificial fragrance.
In your food. Avoid artificial colorings and flavorings.
Avoid Internal Pollution – DETOXIFY!

•The skin

Step 2: ONE DAY OF CLEANSING

No solid food. Drink a 1/2 gallon of lemon water!

Step 3: GOOD DIGESTION

Relax before your meal.
Chew your food well.
Drink no more than one cup or glass of liquid at mealtime
Eat only on an empty stomach.

Step 4: BREATHING EXERCISES

Set up a time each day for breathing exercises.

Step 5: KITCHEN ORGANIZATION

Learn to organize your kitchen so your “fast food” is prepared at home.

Step 6: RELAXATION

Adopt a method of relaxation that seems agreeable to you, perhaps yoga, meditation, dancing.Avoid becoming STRESSED!

Step 7: TRUST

Trust in yourself, trust in the universe, trust in the process.
