Recent high-profile clients
Mark Weinstein purchased the John Parkinson-designed Woodacres Estates in July 2022. The 1.2-acre property is located in Santa Monica and features five bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, guesthouse, and two-car garage. It also has a swimming pool and tennis court. I held the listing along with Christopher Damon and Mary Beth Woods. Woods also represented Weinstein, who is the president and founder of MJW Investments.
John Legend and Chrissy Teigen sold their modern mansion in Beverly Hills in July 2021. I represented the buyer, a private equity executive, who offered $16.8 million for the stunning home and Legend’s piano. At 8,520 square feet, the property has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and a chef’s kitchen with oak cabinets. Legend is a singer, songwriter, and producer while Chrissy Teigen is a former model, TV personality, and cookbook author.
Rob Lowe and Sheryl Berkoff sold their Montecito estate, Owenshire, for $19.1 million in April 2021. I closed the sale of the property with Timothy Di Prizito. The 5.5-acre property is reminiscent of an English Manor with seven bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, koi ponds, and a safe room. Lowe is an actor best known for roles in The Outsiders and St. Elmo’s Fire while Berkoff is a former makeup artist and entrepreneur.
Ed McMahon’s Beverly Hills home is on the market for $6,795,000. The gorgeous property has a traditional floor plan with six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a wood-paneled library. It spans 7,013 square feet with a pool, spa, terrace, and outdoor kitchen. My real estate team holds the listing as of May 2021. McMahon was a game show host and comedian known for his work on Star Search and The Tonight Show.
Guillermo del Toro purchased a Neoclassical Gothic Tudor residence for $4.5 million in April 2020. I held the listing along with Christopher Damon. In true del Toro fashion, the Santa Monica home features castle-like turrets, exposed beams, a hand-carved front door, and a swimming pool with a dark bottom. The property was built in 1984 and offers 5,600 square feet of living space. Del Toro is known for Pan’s Labyrinth, Pacific Rim, Pinocchio, and many acclaimed films.
The Jackson Estate sold the late pop star’s residence, Neverland Ranch, for $22 million to former Jackson financial advisor Ron Burkle in 2020. I held the listing for Coldwell Banker Previews International in 2017. The property has been rebranded into Sycamore Valley Ranch and is currently undergoing renovations.

My career as a Beverly Hills Realtor has given me the opportunity to give back to the community. I serve as co-chair of the Southern California Board of UNICEF and have also supported the St. Joseph Center for the Homeless, American Cancer Society, and Coldwell Banker’s CB Cares. Selling Sunset’s Jason Oppenheim and Mary Fitzgerald hosted the awards ceremony at Heimat in Hollywood’s Media District.

Commendation from the County of Los Angeles at the 50-year-plus Class of 1970 Reunion at Dorsey High School. I was honored for my work as a business administration instructor at Dorsey High School from 1965 to 1969 prior to becoming a Beverly Hills Realtor. One of my former students, Chef Eric Warren of Food Network fame, presented the commendation on behalf of Los Angeles County Second District Supervisor Holly J. Mitchell. The tribute and reunion took place at the Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles Westside in July 2022.

Inman Golden I Club Hall of Fame by Inman. I was inducted into the Golden I Hall of Fame out of 80 nominees in October 2019. The Hall of Fame recognizes the world’s leading luxury real estate agents and brokers as well as the top luxury deals and innovative luxury marketing campaigns of the past year.
