I was extremely honored to be included in the one hundred million dollar producers panel Wednesday afternoon at the new London Hotel in West Hollywood. Those attending were: Chris Cortazzo, Jade Mills, Jeff Hyland, Kurt Rappaport, Linda My, Randy Solakian, Myra Nourmand, and Suzanne Perkins. Tim Lappen, head of Jeffer, Mangels, Butler and Marmaro, interviewed us very successfully. It was interesting how each of us had varying backgrounds in being introduced to the business at different stages of our careers, and had different approaches to many things, but all the panelists agreed on the basis of our business which is putting the clients’ best interest first, being kind, and honorable, as well as enthusiastic, and at the foundation of our business, like every business, is successful relationships, both with your colleagues and your clientele. It was a lively hour and a half discussion followed by a question and answer period. Everyone agreed that the future for luxury real estate looked extremely positive based on the attractive prices of the Westside real estate market compared to the world’s top cities.
