Lu Ye discovered those synergies the moment she merged her life as a professional pianist and composer with her passion for real estate. Born and raised in China, she came to this country ten years ago to earn her Master’s degree in Music. While composing TV and gaming soundtracks, she met and worked with producers and developers with beautiful homes and gained an interest in real estate.
As a professional with her own music company and a family involved in the investment arena, Lu was fully at home in the business world. She launched her real estate career working on a marketing team and with a brokerage specializing in overseas properties. Years of experience refined her skills, and helped her develop relationships with a wide range of clients and today she uses both to get rewarding results for her clients at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
Lu is known for her integrity and outgoing personality. She prides herself on maintaining constant communication with her clients and having an incisive understanding of properties and market trends. These skills, combined with a strong work ethic and passion for real estate, help Lu give her clients the best representation possible. In addition to her music and real estate careers, Lu is a Younger Leader Partner at Urban Land Institute Los Angeles and Ambassador for the National Non-Profit Organization The Birthday Party Project. She also enjoys yoga, tennis, swimming, and golf. These activities not only bring her joy, but give her great opportunities to meet new people and be a part of the communities she serves.
Lu is fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese Chinese. She is a member of the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of REALTORS, California Association of REALTORS, as well as the National Association of REALTORS and Senior Real Estate Specialist.
