Voices of Hope Gala

I recently attended St. Joseph Center’s “Voices of Hope” gala at The Skirball Cultural Center . This has always been one of my favorite organizations. For many years I celebrated my birthday by inviting all my friends to a birthday party and asked them to contribute. Specifically, there is a scholarship at the childcare center in my name with Cecelia Waeschle as a result of the money we raised together. For well over three decades, St. Joseph Center has been a beacon of hope in the community. Their mission is to provide working poor families, as well as homeless men, women, and children of all ages with the inner resources and tools to become productive, stable and self-supporting members of the community.
