Fantastic news for sellers! Recent sales on the West side have reached record highs! The sale of the famed Spelling Manor owned by Heiress Petra Ecclestone just closed for $119,750,000 (Current highest sales record in California).

Just a few weeks ago one of the founders of Uber purchased Robert Lane in Trousdale for $72 Million which is the highest sale ever for the city of Beverly Hills. Although all over total sales volume is down substantially on luxury properties, these record sales are a shot in the arm and summer traffic for all of our listings has increased considerably.
